Sales Terms
1.1 Order Confirmation
Every order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. Until then, nothing is reserved.
1.2 Order Types
Dreamspan operates in two phases — Pre-Orders and Reservations. Here's how each works.
Pre-Orders (Batch 1–4)
Pre-orders are final. Given the nature of early production batches, we're unable to accommodate cancellations, modifications, or refunds once an order is placed. We appreciate your trust in being an early supporter.
Reservations (Batch 5 Onwards)
Reservations work differently. You secure your unit with a booking amount of ₹4,999, and the remaining balance is collected before your order ships.
Cancellations during the reservation phase are straightforward — your booking amount is fully refundable, and you can cancel anytime before completing full payment.
Once full payment is made and your order is dispatched, it becomes final. At that point, we're unable to process cancellations, returns, or refunds. If something isn’t right with your product on arrival, it will be covered under our Exchange Policy below.
1.3 Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel, reach out before your order is dispatched and we'll take care of it. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes.
1.4 Returns and Refunds
All purchases are final once shipped. We don't offer returns or refunds after dispatch, which is why we encourage you to reach out to us with any questions before completing your order. However, if your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, it will be eligible for replacement under our Exchange Policy outlined below.
1.5 Delivery
We do our best to ship within the timelines we communicate. Occasionally, factors outside our control — logistics, weather, regulatory requirements — can cause delays. We'll always keep you informed if that happens.
Exchange Policy
2.1 When You're Eligible
We want every Dreamspan to arrive in perfect condition. If yours arrives damaged or isn't functioning as it should through no fault of your own, we'll make it right.
2.2 How Long You Have
Please let us know within 7 days of delivery. Beyond that window, we're unable to process exchange requests.

Please include your Order ID, a description of the issue, and clear images or video as proof. The more detail you share, the faster we can help.
2.4 What Happens Next
We'll review your request within 72 hours. If approved, we'll arrange a pickup directly from your address and dispatch a replacement subject to stock availability. Shipping costs for approved exchanges are fully covered by us.
2.5 Condition Requirements
To be eligible, the product must be returned in its original condition, with all original packaging and components intact. Products showing signs of misuse or damage after delivery will not qualify.
Warranty
3.1 What's Covered
Every Dreamspan comes with a 1-year limited warranty on hardware components from the date of delivery. This covers core electrical failures, sensor issues, and internal functional defects that arise under normal use. Issues with the water tank system arising from manufacturing defects are also covered. Warranty coverage is subject to proper usage and care of the product as detailed in the product manual.
3.2 What's Not Covered
The warranty doesn't extend to general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modifications, or any external damage unrelated to manufacturing. Liquid damage beyond the water tank system is also excluded.
3.3 Making a Claim

- Order ID
- Description of the issue
- Your invoice
- Registered email and phone number
- Supporting images or video if applicable
3.4 How We Resolve It
We'll review your claim within 72 hours. Our first step is always to repair. If that's not possible, we'll replace the unit. Please note that replacements don't reset the original warranty period.
3.5 Warranty Window
Claims must be raised within 1 year of delivery. Pickup for approved replacement cases is arranged by Dreamspan at no cost to you.

For complete details on product safety, usage guidelines, handling instructions, technical specifications, and full warranty coverage and exclusions, please refer to the official Dreamspan product manual provided with your purchase.
In the event of any inconsistency relating to product usage, safety, or technical coverage, the product manual shall prevail.
